Assess Your Needs vs. Wants

Do a needs/wants assessment on the stuff you have in your life already. Where are you overreaching? What are you going to do about it?

Take Time To Listen

This week we challenge you to take some time and listen to God. So often we take a little time to pray about our concerns but we don't take the time to listen for a response. You can use some of the tips we talked about on SAP to help you listen and know what to listen for.

Take a Risk!

Take a risk (not a dumb risk) this week. Go through the steps the SAPs talked about (or come up with your own steps) and once you've done those steps, dive into that risk. Reflect on how risk ties into being Christ-like in your life.

Finding Technological Balance

This weeks challenge comes in two flavors based on the way you view technology. If you are a technophobe and have a distaste for technology find one place where technology can be a healthy good element in your life. If you are obsessed with technology it's time to take a break. Don't go cold turkey but, find a time and place in your life where you can unplug for some time.

Take The Star Wars Challenge

This week, think about what type of church you attend. Is it completely balanced and encompassing the entire trilogy (I mean, trinity)? How about personally? Do you recognize God as Father, Son, and Spirit or do you lean too heavily on the person that 'suits you'? Think, pray, discuss and analyze this issue.

Take A Step

For this week's episode Dion challenges all of us to take a step and make a commitment to prayer. The challenge is to set a place, a time, and a duration, and stick to it, trying to change our prayer life for the better.

Guiding Others

This weeks challenge comes from some practical suggestions on how to guide others from the show. You can think of them as a sort of framework. They are to realize what your sin is, live as a repentant sinner, build relationships with people, preach the gospel at every opportunity God calls you to, and be prayerful through all of this.

Love Someone You Hate

The challenge this week is to find someone you know that drives you nuts and in some way love them. This can be difficult on two fronts. Admitting there is someone you practically hate and then showing that person some love. So, go find someone you can't stand and love them.

Throw A Party

That's right. The challenge this week is to throw a party. The idea is to plan a gathering for Christians to get together and have fun. Push some boundaries. Break down some barriers. Invite other Christians to have fun.

Thank Someone

Get in touch with someone you see living out the super average life and thank them. Let them know you appreciate them. If you can't think of someone to thank take a few moments to stop and look around. You might notice someone to thank you had never noticed before.
